Justin Foster, Founder
Justin earned his Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Texas State University and then went on to receive his Masters degree in Communication at Colorado State University.
Niki and Justin decided to bring the Montessori approach to Buda, TX because Montessori views the child as one who is naturally eager for knowledge and capable of initiating learning in a supportive, thoughtfully prepared learning environment. This approach values the human spirit and the development of the whole child— physically, socially, emotionally, and cognitively. (American Montessori Society)
This approach is what Niki and Justin want for their own children and their own children attend Ladybird Montessori and serve as inspiration to them as they create each new classroom and program.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to prepare every student socially, emotionally, and academically to be fulfilled individuals who make a positive contribution to their family, society, and environment.
